It is the buyer's own responsibility to collect all information needed to inform him/herself about the terms & conditions, also within a group discount.

 

Payment is considered to be the first step in the registration process. Pay the chosen pass either via PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, or in cash.

It’s necessary to submit your full name as in passport, type of ticket you want & e-mail address. Only after we receive payment the registration will be considered completed.

Every participant will be notified by e-mail about the completion of their registration. if you don’t get it, please enter in contact with us via email at carlosandfernanda@gmail.com

In case of discounted prices, if you paid by bank transfer, it is necessary to take into account that bank transfer takes up to three days or in some countries even longer. We cannot guarantee discounted price in case of delayed payment.

 

Refund

We cannot refund your ticket after purchase, for whatever reason (including emergencies). If you purchase your ticket and due to a change in circumstances are no longer able to attend you are able to transfer your pass for another participant with a 20 euro fee, the first buyer needs to contact us about the transfer.

Transfer of tickets are accepted not later than 20-03-2022 after that will be not possible to transfer the full pass with another participant

We are not responsible for and don't refund travel, accommodation, food, or any other costs in any case (including emergencies).

Organizers reserve the right to change instructors, workshops, or venues without previous notice.

The PayPal/Credit Card surcharge is to cover fees passed on by our merchant and as such is not negotiable or refundable.

We do not refund boot camps, dinner, Teachers' courses, or other activities that the event has offered.

 

Conditions due to COVID-19:

• All participants have to come with a negative test result for COVID-19 or be vaccinated.

• If you won't bring valid test, we will test you at the place. Test will cost 10 euro.

• Anyone with positive test result won't be allowed to participate and your pass will be automatically transferred to next year event.

• We reserve the right to cancel Prague Zouk Congress if the Covid-19 situation requires so. We do not take any responsibility for your travel cost and other expenses.

• If Prague Zouk Congress is canceled due to the Covid-19 virus, the tickets will be automatically transferred to the next Prague Zouk Congress, online or physically, Tickets are not refunded.

 

Media Please note that during the event filming and photographing will take place. By purchasing the ticket you give consent to the use of your image.

Personal cameras are allowed! Our advice: make as many personal videos and pictures as possible. Tag us and put loads on social media. Use #PRAGUEZOUKCONGRESS Instagram: @praguezoukcongress

A selection of media materials will be published before, during, and after the event and can be used as promotion of the event via social media, print media, and website.

The selection of media materials is done by Prague Zouk Congress and is non-negotiable and materials can’t be requested.

Participation in the event is at your own risk at all times.

Organizers are not responsible for any loss and or broken items.

Organizers are not responsible for any physical and mental damage and/or loss of income and/or medical costs due to any damage.

 

Venue Rules

It is prohibited the entry of food or drinks during the party

It is prohibited to enter with large backpacks or coats, there will be a person in the luggage locker where you can leave your coats or larger bags for a maximum 30 kc fee per night.
